Maiyah Fleuriel is a passionate Realtor and investor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, dedicated to guiding first-time homeowners on their journey to building generational wealth. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fitchburg State University, Maiyah brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients, combining her background in communication, customer service, and sales with a deep understanding of the Greater Boston area. Having grown up in Lynn, MA, and currently residing in Brockton, she values the diverse cultures and languages of her community, enriching her service with personal insights and local expertise for sellers, buyers, and investors.

 

Maiyah speaks English, Cape Verdean Creole, and is proficient in Spanish.

 

Maiyah's previous experience, including teaching preschool and working in both retail and sterile compounding pharmacy, has honed her skills in negotiation, marketing, and client-focused scheduling, ensuring the best outcomes for those she serves. Beyond real estate, she enjoys writing, cooking, knitting, and interior decorating. Maiyah is also a dedicated community volunteer, aiming to give back through charitable events.

 

Her achievements include the Top Producer 2025, MVP 2025, Elite Sales Volume 2025, 2023 President's Scholar Award, the Dinelle L. Finch Memorial Scholarship, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
